At Primrose Lodge Southbourne in Bournemouth we understand that your room is your own personal space and having everything just how you like it can make a huge difference to your outlook on life at the home. We carefully match each room to each resident to ensure that your individual needs are taken into consideration.

The home offers 28 en-suite rooms, with the majority being en-suite wet rooms, across 3 floors. There are a number of double rooms that allow couples to remain together if they so wish. All the ground floor rooms benefit from their own private patio. For those who find bathing alone difficult or prefer a bath, we have a spa bathroom and separate wet room where full assistance can be provided.

Rooms are fully furnished with quality furniture and tastefully decorated in a neutral colour to allow personalisation from each resident. To ease the transition from living at home to moving into Primrose Lodge Southbourne, we encourage all residents to personalise their room and our team can help change the layout or furnishings to suit individual needs. We always encourage new residents to bring their own additional furniture and personal effects to make the room feel unique and a ‘home away from home’.

All rooms are fitted with a suitable comfortable bed, bedside table, wardrobe, bedside lamp and armchair. Residents can have their own personal telephone and access to the internet in their rooms.
